BACKYARD TRANSFORMATION PROJECT

This custom outdoor living project was built completely from the ground up by Monterra Builders. What began as an empty backyard was transformed into a modern, functional, and beautifully designed outdoor space.

The project included custom retaining walls, smooth stucco finishes, tile flooring, a covered patio structure, outdoor BBQ area, fencing, lighting, and premium outdoor living features designed for both comfort and entertaining.

From planning to final details, every element was carefully crafted to deliver lasting quality, functionality, and timeless design.

After a brief virtual or on-site consultation, we provide a detailed proposal within 48 hours. Upon approval, most projects are scheduled to begin within two weeks, subject to material availability.

Do I need to secure permits myself?

No our team manages all permitting and code compliance, coordinating directly with local authorities to keep the process hassle-free for you.

What warranty do you offer on your work?

All craftsmanship is backed by a one-year labor warranty, and we honor manufacturer warranties on materials. Extended coverage options are also available.
